Acceptance of Terms
By using WedyLink, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using our services.
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content and information added to your digital invitation, including names, images, dates, and other details. Any illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, and visual assets provided through WedyLink are owned by the platform. Users are granted a limited personal-use license and may not resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content.
Payment & Activation
Users can preview templates and review their selected design before completing payment. Once payment is successfully processed, the invitation is activated and added to the user's account immediately. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable after activation except in cases of technical failure or duplicate charges.
Invitation Modifications
Users may edit an invitation for up to 14 days from its creation date. Each invitation allows a maximum of five (5) edits. No further edits are permitted after the time limit or once the edit limit has been reached.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain a reliable and high-quality service; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The platform reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or improvements when necessary.
Invitation Duration
Digital invitations remain active for one year from the creation date unless extended or updated through the platform. The platform reserves the right to modify availability duration while preserving rights of already paid invitations.
Content Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of all entered information, including names, dates, and images. The platform is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect data input.
Service Downtime
We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices are subject to change at any time, but this does not affect already completed purchases. Prices may or may not include taxes as displayed during checkout.
Prohibited Use
The platform prohibits any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms without prior notice.
Billing Type
All plans are based on a one-time payment only, with no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees after purchase.
