At WedyLink, we provide custom digital products (online invitations). Users can fully preview templates and designs before completing payment. Therefore, all purchases are final after payment in accordance with this policy.
No Refund Policy
Once payment is completed and the invitation is activated or added to the user's account, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
Reason for Non-Refundability
Since the service is digital and delivered instantly after payment, and users preview templates before purchase, refunds are not possible after completion.
Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may only be considered in cases such as duplicate charges, failure to activate the service due to a technical error on our side, or any other case evaluated by management.
